Most businesses these days use Generative AI. We are pleased to announce that we have upgraded the business calculator tools on our site to include an AI prompt generator. We call it AI Coach. You can find our business calculators here.

After using one of our calculators, you can go to the AI Coach tab. Answer the questionnaire, then click the “copy details for AI Coach” button. You will obtain a ready-made prompt including all details that you can paste into your favourite AI platform. Your AI will then provide you with advice tailored to your specific circumstances.

Here is an example of a prompt provided by AI Coach:

Create a practical action plan ranked by impact and ease of implementation, tailored to my industry, business stage, and constraints, based on the completion of this calculator. Avoid generic advice and use my specific numbers and situation from the information attached. Create a 90 day roadmap of actions to help me improve my business based on this data.

For best results, use AI Coach with reasoning-heavy models like GPT-4 or Claude 3 Opus. Treat AI-generated advice as a starting point. Always verify financial projections or legal suggestions with a qualified professional.
